Computational Scientist Intern

Md Sadun Haq received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2024. His doctoral research focused on developing tools for cybersecurity and machine learning, including implementing security protocols, optimizing for IoT-edge-cloud computing, and integrating machine learning approaches. He has also deployed various Deep Learning algorithms across multiple HPC clusters in parallel to enhance both efficiency and effectiveness. Md Sadun Haq has joined the BioHPC team as a computational scientist intern and is eager to contribute to UT Southwestern's research community.
