Join us for "Coffee with BioHPC" featuring Dr. Chinthak Murali and Yunhui Fu, BioHPC Staff, as they present "Real-World AI Deployment: Challenges and Solutions from the BioHPC Chatbot."

In this session:

  • Dr. Chinthak Murali will discuss the working principles and implementation of the BioHPC chatbot, along with the current performance considerations, data limitations, and other challenges of an LLM-based chatbot.

  • Yunhui Fu will cover the technical implementation, including backend and frontend integration of the chatbot within the BioHPC portal (portal.biohpc.swmed.edu).
